Born and raised in Sosúa, Anyeli brings over 7 years of experience in real estate and property management to the DR Dream Vacation team. Her deep local knowledge and dedication to service excellence make her an invaluable part of our operations.

Anyeli is known for her exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and owner needs — from coordinating private transportation and in-villa chef experiences to handling special requests with care and precision.

Her professionalism, hospitality, and local insight ensure that every stay and every property is managed to the highest standard. With Anyeli at the helm, our clients can relax knowing everything runs seamlessly — before, during, and after each guest’s stay.

 Mike – Senior Property Manager

Originally from the United Kingdom, Mike has proudly called the Dominican Republic home for the past 16 years. With a solid background in the construction industry and extensive experience in real estate and property operations, he brings unmatched technical expertise and local insight to DR Dream Vacation.

As our Senior Property Manager, Mike oversees all maintenance and repair operations, coordinating trusted local contractors and ensuring every villa meets the highest standards of quality and safety. His hands-on approach, eye for detail, and commitment to excellence guarantee that each property remains in pristine condition year-round.

Joel – Founder & Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, and asset management, Joel is the visionary leader behind DR Dream Vacation. His background includes key roles with Norwegian Cruise Line and RE/MAX Premier, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service excellence, property investment, and operational leadership.

As Founder and Managing Director, Joel combines strategic business insight with hands-on experience in luxury property management and vacation rental operations. His deep understanding of both guest expectations and owner priorities allows him to build lasting partnerships rooted in trust and transparency.

A long-time resident of the Dominican Republic’s North Coast, Joel is dedicated to elevating the standard of property management through professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
